Exciting to view in any season, the 215 foot waterfall plunges through a rock amphitheater whose walls reach nearly 400 feet. Seasonal life-guarded swimming in Cayuga Lake available. Picnic area, swimming, playground, fishing, camping, cabins, dump station, cross country skiing, sledding slope, ice skating. Marina offers 3 lane concrete ramp with 2 loading piers, parking for 25 rigs, gas, concession stand, protected harbor. Watch for the Summer Concert Series in the Park! Taughannock Falls is also a highly recommended winter hike. Spend a day hiking up through the gorge trail to the falls and enjoy the majestic falls in their frozen beauty.
