Bet The Farm Winery & Gourmet Market

What's in a name? Commitment!

Quality - In the winery, owner/winemaker Nancy Tisch personally attends to all details, from fermentation to bottling. In the shop, we offer the best foods from the region and the state alongside carefully selected wines from fellow Finger Lakes wineries.

Local - The Gourmet Market has supported local foods and the artisans who create them since before the word "locavore" was coined. Our motto: "If it's good, it's on our shelves and it's got to be good to be on our shelves."

Community - Bet the Farm is a proud member of the Finger Lakes Culinary Bounty, Cayuga County Chamber of Commerce, and the Aurora Arts & Merchants Association (to name a few). Each year, we partner with Early Morning Farm in Genoa, NY in a benefit farm dinner to provide low income families with fresh, quality vegetables. We also participate in a number of benefit tastings in Cayuga County and beyond.

Hospitality - Above all, the owner and staff at Bet the Farm are committed to welcoming our visitors to a relaxed, informed and convivial culinary experience!
