Farmers Markets

The list below is a selection of farms, farm stands, and area farmers markets in and around the Ithaca area. The farms especially are working farms, and though these farms are ready and willing to welcome visitors, be sure to call ahead to confirm that a farm is open!

Our listed farmers' markets create intimate connections between our local farmers, artisans, shoppers, and the community. With farmers markets that occur year-round in various locations throughout Ithaca and Tompkins County, you can find everything from local produce to baked goods, meat, flowers, dairy, cider and wine, or you can shop for handmade crafts by our skilled artisans. Several restaurants in Ithaca even use these products to produce tasty farm-to-table cuisine. But make no mistake, farmers markets in Ithaca are not just places to buy local - they are just as much an excuse for social gathering and festivity.
