A Taste of History: Heirloom Vegetables

Join staff gardener Glenn Bucien for a walk through the Pounder Heritage Vegetable Garden to talk about antique varieties of some common garden vegetables you can easily grow at home. Then, Anthony Jordan, sous-chef with Taverni Banfi, will provide a demonstration and sampling of tasty dishes you can make with a variety of heirloom vegetables. Pre-registration is required.

Fee: $45 ($40 members and Cornell students)
