 Winter at Taughannock Falls State Parkbsmith from Ithaca, New York
Joined: May 01, 2010 Posted 11:13am, May 01, 2010  What an excellent day in February! So many people think that you can’t get out and enjoy yourself during the winter time, I beg to differ. This photo was taken of Taughannock Falls in late February. I prefer fewer people around when going for a hike and this time of year was a great opportunity. I went with my girlfriend and we couldn’t have asked for better weather. We spent some time hiking up through the gorge trail to the falls and then walked around the lake. I highly recommend this spot!  |
