June is the perfect time of year to wander around Downtown Ithaca, particularly in the Fall Creek neighborhood near the Commons. There are some spectacular front yard gardens--some ornate, and some like this one with simple wildflowers. For a full tour of all the things blooming in the Finger Lakes during June, visit the Cornell Plantations!
