The Chateau Dusseau opened its doors in 2006, co-founded by brothers Robert and Stephen Dusseau. As longtime farmers and personal winemakers, it was only a matter of time before Stephen and Robert would plant their first varietals in the Spring of 2001. With intense enthusiasm and the support of friends and family, a vineyard was established with the planting of a variety of grapes with the goal of determining which would do the best in the local climate and soil.
