The Lake House ~ Grounded

Welcome to the Lake House! Situated in lovely lakeside community on the East shore of Cayuga Lake. The setting is spectacular, incredible lake views, sunsets, and woods. More photos will be coming soon! This listing describes the ground floor which has 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room with wood stove, and outdoor patio with plenty of room for outdoor dining. There is also plenty of floor space for an extra air mattress or two. There is a large yard, 65 steps down to the beach, large dock, a canoe, fire pit and beach house. This is a quiet lake community and we ask that there be no large or loud parties please. Sound curfew is 11pm all along the shore. We provide bath towels and dish towels, but we ask that you bring your own beach towels. Bed lines are provided for short stays, but for reservations during July and August we ask that you bring your own sheets. Beds include, one twin, one double, and 1 queen. We provide wireless internet and TV. Hot tubs rentals are available through a local company. We are available via phone and e-mail at all times. Sometimes we may be there to work in our barn, etc. but we won't bug you unless you need something. The Lake house is 13 miles from Ithaca. There is no public transportation and it take about 20 minutes to get to Ithaca or Aurora, 10 minutes to Lansing. There's a funky bar up the road which we've never been too, but will do so soon for research!
