The Sweedler Preserve at Lick Brook has three major falls - 25ft, 47ft, and 93ft, in a hidden nature preserve. The centerpiece is managed by the Finger Lakes Land Trust, allowing Lick Brook to remain wild and undeveloped. The best time to view the waterfalls is after a rainstorm.

Best viewing from the blue-blazed section of the Finger Lakes Trail. 1.2mi round trip. There is a steep, strenuous 500’ climb.Open year round, though use extreme caution during winter.
DIRECTIONS FROM ITHACA
Follow Rt. 13 south past Buttermilk Falls State Park and take an immediate left on Sand Bank Rd. Continue 1.6mi and bear right on Town Line Rd. The small trailhead parking area is on your immediate right.
