Ithaca Artist Market: Friday, August 9, 12-7:30pm at the Ithaca Farmers Market at Steamboat Landing
Join us for this beloved annual event: the Ithaca Artist Market at the Ithaca Farmers Market. Presented by the Community Arts Partnership, this juried show and sale of fine and functional art features local and regional artists, community arts groups, and various food, wine, craft beer, and cider vendors. Seeing Ithaca: August at various galleries and studios
This year State of the Art Gallery will again be sponsoring "Seeing Ithaca: Through the Eyes of Artists" during August. Nine galleries took part during the inaugural event last year, and this year it has expanded to include artists with studios, and businesses and other venues that show art, in addition to area galleries. Galleries and other venues will celebrate with openings during Ithaca's Gallery Night, 5-8pm on Friday, August 2. Artists will have their studios open from 12-5pm on Saturday, August 10.

Gallery Night: Monthly, on the First Friday, 5-8pm, various venues in downtown Ithaca and around the area

The Greater Ithaca Art Trail: Monthly, on the Second Saturday, 12-5pm at artist studios throughout the area
The Greater Ithaca Art Trail, organized by the Community Arts Partnership, is a collection of 55 artists across Tompkins County, featuring a variety of art forms from sculpture to ceramics. The Greater Ithaca Art Trail offers monthly Second Saturdays, special event weekends, and visits by appointment. Hangar Theatre KIDDSTUFF: Morning shows and matinees Friday through Sunday in July and August

CFCU Summer Concert Series, Thursdays, June 13th - Sept. 12th 6pm, on the Ithaca Commons
The CFCU Summer Concert Series in Downtown Ithaca will be taking place outside and live at the Bernie Milton Pavilion. The free and family-friendly concerts feature local and national acts performing genres like jazz, blues, reggae, folk, hip-hop, country, bluegrass, rock, and more. Music in the Hollow: Tuesdays, through July and August 6pm
Music in the Hollow offers free family-friendly live music on Tuesday evenings each summer at the Ellis Hollow Community Center. Popular local bands perform from 6-8pm in July and August. Attendees are encouraged to bring blankets or lawn chairs and picnics, although food is also available for sale. This event provides a wonderful way to enjoy live music in a relaxed outdoor setting. Newfield Music Series in Mill Park: every other Wednesday, through September 6pm

Music in the Park: Thursdays, through July and August 6:30pm

Cornell Music on the Arts Quad, Fridays in July, 7pm
Cornell University's School of Continuing Education and Summer Sessions is pleased to present another fantastic lineup of summer concerts—always free and open to the public.
